Getting Started

What is AX Vault?: AX Vault is a CeDeFi (Centralized-Decentralized Finance) platform where you can earn yield on your crypto assets and access over-collateralized loans. We support XRP, RLUSD, ETH, USDC, USDT, BTC, SOL, and BNB.
How do I create an account?: You can register with your email and password, or connect directly with your Xaman (XRPL) wallet. Visit your platform's registration page and follow the steps — no KYC required to start earning.
Is AX Vault available as a mobile app?: Yes — AX Vault is available as an xApp inside the Xaman wallet app for XRPL users. Search for AX Vault in the Xaman xApp store or visit asvexo.com/xapp from your Xaman browser.

How do I deposit funds?: For XRP and RLUSD: connect your Xaman wallet and sign the payment transaction — funds are credited instantly after on-chain confirmation. For EVM chains (ETH, USDC, USDT, BNB): connect MetaMask or WalletConnect and send to the platform wallet address shown in your dashboard.
What APY rates can I earn?: Rates depend on the asset and lock period. XRP earns between 1% (flexible) and up to 4.5% APY (12-month lock). RLUSD earns between 3% (flexible) and up to 7% APY (12-month lock). Exact rates are shown before you confirm any position.
What is the difference between flexible and locked positions?: Flexible positions can be withdrawn at any time but earn a lower APY. Locked positions commit your funds for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months in exchange for higher yield. You cannot withdraw locked funds before the end date.
How is interest calculated?: Interest accrues daily based on your position's APY. It is calculated as: Amount × (APY / 100) × (Days / 365). Interest is credited to your balance daily via an automated process.
Is there a minimum deposit amount?: There is no minimum deposit enforced by the platform. However, XRPL network requires a minimum account reserve (currently 10 XRP). For very small deposits, network fees may represent a significant percentage of the transaction.

How do I withdraw my funds?: Go to your dashboard or xApp, select the Withdraw tab, enter the amount, and submit your request. Withdrawals are processed manually by the platform team within 24–48 hours. You will receive a notification when the funds are sent.
Can I cancel a withdrawal request?: Yes, you can cancel a pending withdrawal request from the Withdraw tab before it is approved by the team. Once approved or completed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Are there withdrawal fees?: AX Vault does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard blockchain network fees (e.g., XRP transaction fee) may apply depending on the network.

How do loans work on AX Vault?: You deposit RLUSD as collateral and receive 75% of that value as a loan (75% LTV). For example, deposit 100 RLUSD and receive 75 RLUSD. The loan accrues 8% annual interest calculated daily. The minimum loan period is 30 days before repayment is allowed.
What happens if I don't repay my loan?: If you do not repay your loan and the LTV ratio exceeds the liquidation threshold, the platform may liquidate your collateral to cover the outstanding amount. Your collateral is held securely until the loan is fully repaid.
Can I repay my loan early?: You can repay your loan after a minimum of 30 days from activation. Early repayment before 30 days is not available. To repay, go to the Loans tab and click the repay button — you will be asked to sign the payment transaction.

How does the referral program work?: When you invite someone using your referral code and they deposit, you earn a percentage of the interest they generate — not of their principal. The program has 3 levels: you earn on your direct referrals (level 1), on their referrals (level 2), and on the next level down (level 3).
How do I get paid my referral commissions?: Referral earnings accumulate in your account. You can request a payout from the Referrals tab in your dashboard. Payouts are processed manually by the platform team.

Are my funds safe?: Your funds are held in custody by the platform. Deposits and withdrawals are processed by the platform team. We use secure server infrastructure, encrypted connections, and role-based access control. We recommend using a hardware wallet or Xaman for signing transactions.
Does AX Vault store my private keys?: No. AX Vault never stores your private keys. When you sign a transaction with Xaman or MetaMask, the signing happens entirely in your wallet app — the platform only receives the signed transaction or payment confirmation.
What networks are supported?: AX Vault supports XRP Ledger (XRP, RLUSD), Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, and Bitcoin. Not all networks may be available on every tenant platform.

What is the AX Vault xApp?: The AX Vault xApp is a mini-application built into the Xaman wallet. It lets you deposit XRP and RLUSD, manage earn positions, request withdrawals, and access loans — all without leaving the Xaman app.
How do I access the xApp?: Open Xaman, go to the xApps section, and search for AX Vault. You can also open it directly from asvexo.com/xapp in the Xaman browser.
